I really hate recovery runs so most of the time I don't do them and when I do they are like 3 miles and I have to stop. There was one week in the winter where I managed to run 28 miles however now its racing season I'm doing like 10 mpw. If I were to permanantly increase my mileage to 30 or 40 mpw how many seconds difference would it actually make because I feel like It doesn't even mean a lot.
