New Steeple Rankings
Valerie Constien moves from #11 to #4 on the list now with her 9:25.53
Lizzie Bird debuts at #5 with 9:26.73
Mel Lawrence moves ahead of Leah Falland at #6.
Sara Vaughn debuts at #13.
Ostrander less than 8 seconds off PR.
Lizzie Bird is a Brit.
thanks. huling was a good guest announcer. the main announcer is a bit dull and literally can only keep the discussion going by asking the guest "so what do you think" "so what is happening"
also they have a weird double echo going on with the announcing audio right now. they gotta fix this

You think so? I thought she looked great. The time isn't anything special obviously, but she didn't look like she cared much about the time. She was in total control and closed well and I think she could have gone faster if she had someone to race.

I don't think she's in 9:08 shape though. A shame we can't see Quigley run prior to the trials.

She looked great for sure. Maybe i am just pampered by Coburn who runs fast and consistent times all the time. I will love to see her getting challenged more by better athletes.
in any case, Frerichs will make the team easily.
Has anyone found a way to get the stream on a TV? I was happy to pay but annoyed that there doesn’t seem to be a way to stream it on smart TV.
Did Molly Seidel drop out of the 10K?
Forget it, her results were just not showing up and it looked like the whole field passed her. She on there now.
Nah it just updated weird for her. Interestingly she is training right through this race and even did a 5 mile tempo as part of her warm up.

If I put the meet on the Chrome browser on my laptop, I can cast it to my tv.
She is working in tactics and leading the field. If you don’t have to fly to Doha and run 9:08, why bother?
Molly looked great, just a tempo run and she puled Makenna Myler to the standard.
Anyone notice Tom Tinman wearing all Nike gear? I love it.
Anyone know why Caroline Kipkirui was in this race? What is she doing in Portland?
Tom Schwartz sighting in all Nike gear. Coaching Hurley.

If you have a Mac you can mirror it. That’s what I’m doing.
