Not saying that it's impossible Jakob could be doping, but if he is then it would be small scale compared to the top East Africans and probably more like 'bending the rules' Al Sal style.
Joshua races a lot in Europe. Whatever bribes you are implying (yeah, yeah, "tea money") that does not apply to the European races.
And don't forget Jakob spends a lot of time training in places like South Africa.
Also, don't forget that Jakob's brother figured on the suspicious list and that that family is the win at all costs type (they say it themselves - they don't care about the sport, they care about winning).
