Ten seconds in the steeple is nothing. Consider how few high class steeples a year she was doing with Bowerman. She was not maxed out. But without the training group, it'll be hard to match that work, even if there are plenty of men around to train at her pace.
Has anyone pointed out the irony of her saying “runners don’t have to look a certain way” and that is somehow tied to signing to lulu, who to the best of my knowledge, have two high profile female runners on board - Colleen and Natasha Wodak....who both look “a certain way” (totally beautiful blonde women).

Not at all. They are proving that contrary to popular belief, runners don't have to all look like nerdy virgins.

Wrong. It is very important to brands how their ambassadors look. Colleen could not get signed with a brand like Nike because of a lack of accomplishments, but could with Lulu because of her looks / followers.

Except that she did get signed by a brand like Nike. She did not sign a new contract with Nike because she thought she could do better, and she did.
As for "lack of accomplishments" -- that's just stupid.
You have to wonder what she could deliver for Lululemon and what their ask was.
She’s can’t seem to stop being injured beyond the point of pulling out. Although she is a big Instagram poster, I’m not sure that’s good value for what they’re paying.
A lot of models limit their caloric intake. Squigs has been modeling since she was 13. The danger of this with female athletes is if they are limiting their caloric intake while their bones are growing, as it can lead to low bone density (bones are made of proteins and calcium phosphate) and a higher incidence of things like stress fractures, osteopenia and osteoporosis later in life. To an outsider, it appears that Squigs is suffering from the female athlete triad. It doesn't help that her chosen event involves some of the highest loads in running.

Gather around folks, creepy weirdo "joedlrt" is gonna tell us his theories about females and their eating habits...

Guess you've never read a book or did any research on your own. I've got daughters who are athletes. I've coached their sports. I've read lots of articles about the female athlete triad and why female athletes have higher incidence of stress fractures, ACL tears, etc. Do some research before dismissing theories out of hand and resorting to infantile name calling.
Here is an excerpt from Squigs website where she talks about her past with injuries:
"One thing I DO know for sure is that limiting your body’s fuel during injury is a serious offense and should never be a coping mechanism no matter what. This is something I have definitely been guilty of doing in the past- I told myself that if I can’t run that means I can’t afford any “extra” calories from foods that aren’t packed with nutrients. This policy would leave out foods that might give me joy and comfort like a weekly glass of wine or bowl of ice cream. This policy can also easily slip into a caloric deficit where you are actually burning more calories than you are taking in on a daily basis. When your body is stressed it burns calories. When your body is healing it needs calories and nutrients to do that important work. The absolute WORST thing you can do to your body during injury is not give it the fuel it needs to heal."
