Also wondering if the industry standard 10 minute full recovery between race pace efforts should be longer or shorter.
There's just so much to 400m training. Equally important being getting the 200m time down, to improve speed reserve running at a certain speed.
So complicated though - how many times a week do you run, how many gym sessions, what type of gym sessions, how much speed work, what is the sped work, at what times of the season, do you work SE2 into SE1 and how many times a week at what stages of the season, is it 1 size fits all?
So complicated. So many more questions too.
