Everyone knows that you should be doing long runs every week, how about a tempo run every week as well?
Is a long run, tempo run as well as a interval workout and a race too much intensity in a weeks worth of training?
First off does the longrun even count as a workout?
This guy keeps on saying, you will burn out and will never be fully optimized for racing for your race, well what if you don't give a crap about close races and is trying to get monster fitness before a peak meet?
