Although many underestimate their power, these little things play a big role strengthening the immune system and decreasing the risk of adverse outcomes from covid-19. For example, obesity is a huge commodity for covid-19.

We have known for over a year that obesity, sedentary lifestyles, and low vitamin D levels increase the risk of getting COVID 19 and the risk of hospitalization and death.
In spite of this knowledge, US public health leaders have done NOTHING to encourage people to strengthen their own immune systems. Meanwhile, they exercise, maintain a healthy weight AND TAKE VITAMIN D themselves.
The arrogance of public health leadership is appalling and has led to countless unnecessary deaths.
How many lives might have been saved from cancer, heart disease, diabetes, and yes, COVID-19 if Fauci, Birx, et al had just said this every single day for the past year?
"And in addition to social distancing and wearing a mask, use this time to exercise, lose weight, and take vitamin D3. These steps will improve your likelihood of not dying or being hospitalized if you should get COVID-19.... and exercise and losing weight will help prevent many other potentially life-threatening conditions. We don't know yet if vitamin D really helps, but it might and FDA clinical trials on vitamin D are underway right now."
