Is this a new challenge?
As an adult I've only not had insurance between jobs once and it was effectively for one month. I had a 90 day probationary period but had a 60 day window to retroactively get cobra so i had to gamble that 30 days. I didn't run much then, probably 10-15 miles tops.
The only other job switch since then I went to my wife's insurance for the 90 days so no laps.
137 miles.

Pffff….I’ve been running 60mpw for years with no health insurance. Why is the number 60 relevant?

This brag is so cringy, shaking my head.
79.9 with no insurance, almost 55, morbidly obese, anti masker and antivaxer. However I did 40 minutes for my park run with Next% 2’s.
14.5 hours
We have universal health care so I am good. Currently doing 100miles this week.

I had no idea that you needed health insurance to run.

Why don't you have health insurance?
141… had a handful of 120+ weeks after turning 26 and being kicked off parents insurance before I got my own.
During this time I also found out that ‘paying in cash’ for certain medical services was sometimes just as cheap as your co-pay w/ insurance. (Of course, other times insurance will save you financially.. which is why it’s ‘insurance’)
110.
90 last week.
Btw I haven't sat down in a chair in 3 days thanks to the labor day holiday and feel better now than I have in months since the company recalled us from remote work to office work.
I think sitting in a chair for 8-10 hours is a day is worse for your health than running high mileage.

+1
I was covered under my parents' health insurance until I got my first full time job at age 23, and have had my own ever since. So I guess I've never run a single step without being insured. In fact, I've never lived a single second of my life without being insured. Same goes for my kids who are under my plan.
I've always had health insurance. Should I consider dropping it so I can run more miles?
91 last week with insurance.
I cannot play this game as I have never been without healthcare coverage.
