If you want to be a top runner, you must:
- Train since the age of 5
- Run over 100 miles every week
- Run easy runs at 6:00 pace (hey, I got that one right)
- Run track sessions of 7.5 miles
Is that human???

As a matter, not as hard to do when you have older brothers. Filips talent was built on running with Henrik and Jakob had both, Henrik and Filip to run with.
I have a younger brother who achieved great results as a junior by simply training with us. The challenge here is for the older brothers to tolerate the younger one, who is relentlessly stuck to your ass in each training.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
