I have had some issues that mimic runners dystonia over the past month or so, before that l only had one other issue when l was sick a year ago, but nothing besides that. I have noticed the past month or so l have been really favoring one leg. It started out just on second runs, like after a hard run, l would run on a hard surface and favor on leg real bad. After that it started to happen on easy runs and finally on hard runs. My leg would limp along on the road, but was more stable on the grass, but towards the end of last month, even that got bad too. I took about 2 weeks of easy running and cutting my miles in half or more and doing hard session only on the grass. I also started doing gluite workouts and core stuff about a week ago. I did a solid session on the grass yesterday with no issues and today, running almost every step on the grass , l had a 75 percent improvement from 2 weeks ago. My question is, does this seem like runners dystonia? I have noticed some improvement doing the gluite and core workouts as well as cutting back, but there still are some issues. Does it just take time? Should l give it time? I was flying yesterday on the grass with zero problems and today wasn't that bad. But the issue is still some what there and it's not something rest can solve.
