Hey runners
So I race mainly 800, sometimes 400 and 1500 too and I was thinking how often do you think you should race (in the track season), eg - weekly, every 10 days, every 2 weeks, etc?
Since im entering races now, most 10 ish days apart, but I dont wanna do too much as im sure having a break would also help my training? idk let me know ur thoughts !
