I am having trouble running on anything other then on grass. I cut back for 9 days and thought l was ready to return to fast running on the road, but the problem came back, l actually was limping real bad,but had no pain on the session today on the road and pulled out, it's like l had no control of that leg. On grass l can handle it a little better for limited workouts or runs of no more then 6 miles, but around the same point of every run my leg starts to lose control. This started earlier March, late February and got increasingly worse week ago and l could go any more and had to cut back. It's not a typical injury that you ice or something; no, the leg just loses control. I have been working on my gluites for a week, but so far with limited improvement. I don't know if it takes longer to see signs of improvements, but any race plans are on hold until this is solved. Any advice on how to deal with this? It's very puzzling!
