End of track season led to PRs of-
3200: 11:58
1600: 5:20
800: 2:14 (likely not my true potential, I only ran it twice ever)
How much room do I have for improvement by cross country season this fall? What do I do to get to the next level?

Your 800 is significantly better than your 3200. I don’t know anything about your training, but it seems you significantly favor shorter distances. Higher mileage will=a faster 3 mile/5k. If your not doing long runs add those in. A long run should be 20-25% of your weekly mileage. You can run them faster or slower. It’s best to have a progression long run. (For example, 10 miles starting at 7:30 and ending at 6:40)Hills x2 a week will also help. Strides are good. Tempo runs are very beneficial, but paces and distances vary depending on where you are in training. Also make sure you run your easy runs easy. You can type in your PR’s to a running calculator and find training paces and slowly work them down. I would use your 1600 to determine training paces.
