That might be a rumor which is so far unsubstantiated. I wish the extrovert Irishman the best of luck in his future endeavors whatever he decides to do. I heard he has a talent for imitating foreign and exotic accents so he might find a niche there, among other things.
Worst case scenario, he could always open a watering hole (pub) in a remote location and undoubtedly he would garner a lot of clientele there in no time thanks to his outgoing and engaging nature.

I think it's so stupid how these elite runners are all over social media with the comeback stuff, running pics etc then completely disappear and won't post an update.
Frankly, it's bad for the sport.

I agree - Clearly an egomaniac
Hey apologies for not posting an update on social as I know posting during the return was quite frequent. I contracted COVID in feb and tried to run through it initially knowing with coming back after 4 years I couldn’t afford to miss a single week really if there was a slim chance I’d make it. That decision took a toll and really couldn’t match the fitness I had prior once I recovered.
That times a new job (not in sports world) and a move to LA (and upcoming move to Costa Rica) means I haven’t had a lot of time to focus on training and a goal.
Appreciate everyone’s understanding, thanks.

Best to you. I enjoyed following your running career.
“I maintain everything was done the right way and look forward to seeing the appeal process take its course,” he tells The42 on his past links with Salazar. “And I’ve never taken a performance-enhancing substance through my entire career.”
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
