so i was a halfway decent runner in hs and freshman yr of college. then hurt my itband and had some other issues that made me stop running for my soph year. now im a jr and went up from 130lbs to 174 lbs (I'm 5'8, female, but my body hides weight well) and i am having trouble getting bacak into running while im carrying all this extra weight around. i run with the team bc my coach lets me but always quit the runs after a few miles. i want to lose the weight and it should fall off now that im runnin but i have big problems wehre i always eat healthy early in the day and then binge eat at night bc i am hungry and get frustrated. please help me with any ideas, i really miss running and being good. also, how long do u think it will take to get me back into shape and to get down to a reasonable weight, maybe 140 or so? im willing to do whatever it takes, i hate being this big and slow.
