Too bad Governor Kate Brownshirt won't let anyone in to watch a meet. Great meet this weekend coming but only guest list allowed.
I'm only mildly hopeful that anyone will actually get to watch a meet in that stadium this year. I think the NCAA and USATF need to move the meets to a free state.

Michigan's complex is very new, maybe 2019.
Oregon and Arkansas
Oregon with the upgraded Hayward field.
Arkansas with the upgraded indoor track and trackside training complex.
I would say Arkansas has the overall edge for with both top indoor and outdoor tracks plus the training center.
