I hard a hard session today and just crawled the 2nd run. I am not sure of the pace, but it was roughly 5 miles in 40 something minutes. I am not sure of the pace, l just ran how l felt.
Does it matter if you slow jog your second run of the day if your tired like 8:30 pace or slower how you feel

Doesnt matter for recovery runs, unless your 5k pace is 8:00, then you're over doing it.

Exactly, sometimes l run like a champion, but other days l crawl and l mean crawl. I see dudes posting on Facebook that they did this run at this pace, but it's not a session, just an easy run. So time on your feet?
