Hello! I had a 600m time trial a 3 days ago with a friend pacing. I clocked a 1:50. Afterwards, I ran a 400 in 1:15 and two 200s in 35 and 36. Some logistics: it was raining with 10mph winds and about 55 degrees outside. It was a difficult effort but not all-out want-to-puke as you would expect in a race.
My 800 PR from last year is a 2:39. My 1500 PR from two years ago is a 5:30. I feel stronger than then.
I run about 30 MPW right now. I expect to race a week from tomorrow, and I am enrolled in the 800 and 1500 race against talent ranging from great to poor.
What times do you believe that I am prepared to run and what would be the best method to execute them? Thanks!
