I finished my stock of Adidas Glide ST (awesome trainer) and just found some pairs of the new model (Adidas Glide ST3), but it looks much clunkier/heavier. Anyone try the ST3 ? Is it much different (as it appears to be) from the prior models??
Thanks,
J

I've been running in them for about 2 months, with about 350 miles on them. I didnt run in the glide st, I ran in the solar boost st which is also discontinued, but I think they are very similar to the boost sts which were my favorite shoes, got about 800-850 miles out of my pairs. I dont feel clunky in them, tempos and hill sprints have felt smooth. No hotspots, same old glorious boost cushion, and I think the new continental rubber midsole is much more durable than the old "stretchweb" one-piece rubber outsole. Also better grip. I think I'll be able to put 900ish miles on these.

Thanks. Just got the pair, but they're at least a 1/2 size larger than the prior versions. Did you find this, too???
