Why is everyone falling over? Like 2 people took dives before getting to the line.
Also, the commentator is very confused about who is who.
Jesus, the entire field looks like they're out cold. It looks like an altitude race.
Exactly, carnage, complete and utter carnage on the girls. Ive seen 3 including Stanfords # 1 loose control of their faculties. Dudek out the back early, likely injury.
What a blood bath! Much respect.

Orton faded after having led most of the race.
John Anderson actually caught on to the fact that she looked like she injured herself, and I think he's right. Her form was all over the place.
Yeah, one of the drone shots caught her as she dropped off the lead and it looked like she basically stopped moving at one point in time. Form looked really bad, like she was trying to figure out how she could adjust it to at least finish the race.

everything is in espnu, live. Interviews with BYU champs.
Katelyn Tuohy top freshman. Good to see her proving the haters wrong.
Good on KT!
This is a disgustingly hard X-country course - always has been. Turf or no new turf. I guess the rain over the past few days didn't help.
Props to Tuohy - first freshman in, and an excellent run back [from injury] on a very tough course. She did better than most of us thought.
The second girl in was a surprise - OK state's Roe - only a sophomore? Pity OK state lost their top mid-long runner when Sinclaire Johnson went pro as a Sophomore last year.
NC state went for it but couldn't hang on. Shocked Tuohy was as high up as she was, though she crashed and burned
BYU's 1st and 5th scorers were only 31 seconds apart. That's pretty incredible.
Looks like Tuohy is top freshman
Crashed and burned as an all american and top freshman?
What happened to Dudek?

Yeah, everyone looks like they ran HARD. After COVID and the disappointment of last year, I’d leave it all out there too. Respect to all the athletes.
Byu ended up winning comfortably. Surprised when Orton droppped so much at end.
I’d like to see what happened last k to nc state
Insane run for Tyynismaa, 26th at SEC XC in the fall to 3rd at NCAA XC, her first XC race since October!
Dudek 124th in team scoring. Ouch must be a story behind that.
Zachgo went from scoring for NC State down to 226th place in the last K. Not sure if she got hurt, but that's where the big difference happened.
