Can we get five sub 50 for the first time ever? And who will be that five?
S.Hall, Hasay, D’Amato, Schneider, and Sisson?

The issue is that there have been and will be many cancellations from the elites who at one point in time within the last year expressed interest.
Some just ran fast 5k/10ks in the last few weeks and are now on breaks and have notified the race they aren't coming. What at one point in time was a hypothetical good idea is no longer ideal due to all of the normal reasons like injury, fitness, future olympic trials goals and even covid related things
Thatt list just isn't public. Probably won't know until looking at the start line who actually showed up.
Either way, there are enough good names for both genders that the fields will be strong, but just not as strong as "every name on the original list"
USATF has their official entry lists up now. Rupp is not on that list. Neither is Hasay.

Not as deep as the initial field , Woman's race is more deep than the men and will definitely be interesting to follow. I don't expect people are peeking for this race, but it will be a good check in before the Olympic trials 10k.

S.Hall, Hasay, D’Amato, Schneider, and Sisson?
Only Sara and Schneider left of those now.
Top 25? Bro lol. The field is stacked. I wish the elite men and women started together so I could race head to head with Jordan. She has been running terrible ever since Salazar got busted.
Nice how you added Dylan Marx but not Steven Martinez. Look out for the SDTC boys they’re going to kick ass!
Disappointed that Meghan Peyton is one of the drop-outs, I was putting her in my new top 5.
Finally got my last 11 of 37:
Too late as some have scratched.
Erica Kemp
Julia Kohnen
Maegan Krifchin
Dakotah Lindwurm
Cristina McKnight
Maggie Montoya
Makena Morley
Sarah Pagano
Samantha Palmer [Bluske]
Jaci Smith
and Carrie Verdon
and 38 would have been the already mentioned Meghan Peyton.

Add in Paige Stoner, Erica Kemp, and Sally Kipyego to make a top 5.
Who are the best five men over 15k from these?
Bor Chelanga Kipchirchir Simbassa True
Team Reed all the way. Super fit and ready to bust out after that humid debacle in Austin.

I can see what you did there, Russell
Any predictions on who are most likely to contract Corona? I know that at least 5 on that list have already had it since Flagstaff was a breading ground a couple months back. I hope it is not any of the top 5 in either race as that would severely screw up their summer racing plans. Oh well, good luck to all and enjoy Florida.
Getting closer. Numbers are increasing. Here comes the perfect storm.
Plenty of dropouts from the original list. No True, Seidel, Hall. Would of like to seen Rupp race in Florida during spring break.
Weather okay, but not great.

7 scratches with positive Covid tests.
Damn this is fun.
