Who told Kidder a 3:35 1500m is achieved with a 44 and 59 high first 300/400? Ribbich was off the back pretty much from the gun. You'd think that coming down from "altitude" they'd run really well regardless of if it was "cold" or not seeing as how they're from a climate that is always cold and rainy for a majority of the year.
Also, you could see Windle try to make a big move on the back stretch and I thought maybe he'd keep that momentum and bring it home in 1:46-1:47 but the monkey got on his back and he slowed way down. He doesn't seem to have that finishing 150m in him, but again it's only March so you can't really judge where his fitness is even though everyone touted how in-shape the Beasts were right now. The only reference I have for March Windle is college Windle and he doesn't appear to be that type of athlete right now so it would not be fair to make that comparison.
