BTC's decision to go after fast 10K's last weekend instead is starting to look like a very good call afterall. Apparently its extremely humid. I wonder if Keira, Sara, et al have a shot

I doubt he lost much sleep about the comments from a bunch of armchair quarterbacks on a toxic message board. In typical letsrun fashion, those people criticizing him will not be back to admit their poor judgement.

26 did it outdoors, 2 Indoors 1 Batageli (Unsure of spelling from Slovenia is the only women to do it Indoors and outdoors) Stephanie Graf ran it Indoors, but not outdoors.
So if it takes 1:55 to Medal, in only 3 Decades did they have more in the Decade than what would be done in one Day, and Without Semenya as a de-facto pacer.
Good post. That's why I thought it was a crazy take by Merber. But if he means 157 with the new spikes, them I'm ok with it.
I actually think he and Chris have a nice rapport. I was being pretty sarcastic when I was complaining bout the commentating. But their is a difference between good production and analysis. Like i saw a tweet last night from citius as I wasn't watching the meet. It said that Kessler fell but there was plenty of time left. That's absurd. The moment you fall in a pro 1500, it's over. Period.

That’s what happens when elite athletes run hard. Not that you would know. Winning your age group in a local handicapped 5k doesn’t count
why do koko keep trying to yell something to Keira and also someone off the track. shes stressing me out

California vs Texas ... who was the soothsayer who predicted that one?

I want to be supportive of everything about this meet, I really do...but Emma just isn’t very good ?
It's just one race. She'll bounce back.
She's doing all the races...
I was watching the stream early on and GDS was warming up with her B "lightning bolt symbol" TC jacket on and my wife goes: "does that woman's jacket say b*tch on it?" lol I'm guessing no one saw that likeness over at Bowerman
the 1500 results with Justyn Knight, etc still aren't up yet?
A lot of athletes should be asking tough questions of their managers after this fiasco.
Why is Emily Durgin running another 10k on the track after she qualified for the Trials in December? Why is that tall Reniewicki dude from ASU running another ten in these conditions with no chance to get the qualifying time?
You need to be careful running tens on the track as you can get burned. Bad decisions by people who should know better.
did any male athlete get the olympic standard?

Has most of the mens 10k field dropped out? Looks like five guys max still on the track. What a sh1tshow. It's 70 degrees. Never have a meet in Texas.
Oh no 70 degrees!!!! They’re melting lol. I learn more and more everyday about how soft amateur distance runners are on here lol. Not just physically, which is obvious, but mentally as well lol.
Another person posted “omg they’re sweating after the first 1,600”. Yall kill me haha.

Just science, man. Humid + 70 degrees = probably 30 seconds or more in a 10K.
Shumacker is a selfish dude! Nice
Ajee is the class of American Women's distance running. Makes is look easy.
It's the middle of the winter dude! Suck it up! It was 67 degrees. American's are so week sometimes.
