Not even a record breaking time and you’re still talk about spikes? I’m getting sick of it.
Knight told us post race he doesn't have super shoes.
John Kellogg converts it to 7:37.04 for 3k and 13:11.13 for 5k.
Yeah, that time was not too impressive. Was expecting more in this race.
Asking about the shoes? Lol.
Both Fisher & McGorty had more impressive 3k's last week.

Losing isn’t more impressive than winning.
Sydney- useless
She said she was hurdling off non-dominant leg.

If you look at the entry lists Sydney has pulled out of the 500 and is only entered in the Hurdles. The 500 field was real weak to start and this should have been a walk over for her, but still would have been nice to see what she could do.
Don't be surprised if Sydney's goes sub-7.8.
lol.
Sydney M ran 8.55 when her pb is 8.17. I asked he what she thought of the performance and she said she was did the whole thing using her non-dominant leg and called it "really good work for me.”
After the mile, Nikki Hiltz said she's got a new coach - Mac Fleet - and he runs every rep with her.
don't understand why she chose to use her non dominant leg in her only meet in over a year
Ajee made it look easy as always. Who is Boffey? Another good mid D Brit?

Not to mention Knight ran a faster last 400m, indoors, for a virtually identical end result.
Clearly high schooler Sophia Gorriaran is DONE. Last week 2:02.44, today 2:03.94. She is losing 1.5 seconds per week. At this rate she will won't be able to break 2:20 by April. Might as well hang it up now.
I was surpised ole Selfie McLaughlin didnt have a camera on a stick during her race

don't understand why. you'll always hit target races off your dominant leg, so (even if this isn't a target meet) leave the experimenting to the training ground, you do'nt need to ever race "using your non-dominant leg".
I get she may feel a lot of pressure but hardly ever racing now coming up with excuses like that. boring.
Gorriaran should switch from the 800m to the 1500m. With 55 400m speed and running form, she looks more a distance runner than a mid-d.
Is someone going to post the results as they happen?
