so after 14 months + of Selfie McLaughlin not racing - she only has the energy for a 60Hurdles race? I say she pulls out or falls over the 1st hurdle.

One of the most hotly-anticipated races at this weekend's New Balance Indoor Grand Prix was the men's 1500, featuring a showdown between Olympic champ Matthew Centrowitz, US champ Craig Engels, and British 3:29 man Jake Wightman.
C'mon Jon, you're better than this. Respect his heritage - Scottish 3:29 man.
Ugh. Looks like the “banned I got” guy is back here posting again. Wish they had an ignore button on this site to filter out posters. Dude is obsessed with Rupp, Salazar, and canova.

Facts aren’t important around here
When you look at how many Americans just broke 2:10 and then you think back to how easy Rupp demolished the Trials field on a very difficult course, only several months after he started training again, you have to think that he is at least 2:05-6 caliber once again.

first off 2:09 at best? he has run 2:06 TWICE. Maybe you should do some better research. Then you have to take into consideration which races were time trials. Plus you forgot he WON Chicago. Then after major surgery destroyed the whole country in the trials on a tough course which what did Kellog say that course adds? 2-3 minutes? So practically another 2:06 solo at the end.
Next time please do better research. He did have kind of an off year in 2015 but still ran 13:0x and 27:0x both in champtionship races in crappy china summer.
You only mentioned one result that postdates the ban. You are actually proving the other guy's point. A couple other posters also misread the point (or what I interpret to be his point). The guy who listed the results and whoever else posted that Al's disappearance resulted in a semi-disappearance from Rupp aren't saying:
"He sucks and always has."
They're saying he isn't close to the same since as he was in those years you are referring to. Yeah, those results you mention are good (with the exception of the unremarkable Chicago win - we saw what happened when their field was deep). He was very good. Pre-ban.
I'm not sure what side I'm on here. True, he isn't close to what he was, but that doesn't mean he was juicing heavily with Al and not since. If he was willing to dope then he still is now. I suspect the comparatively unspectacular recent results could be largely a result of age. I believe he is near the end of his career.
classic centro
leaves salazar right before he’s banned, joins BTC, doesn’t get better, now never races. hmmmmmm
sketchy
By the way, I don't think the point (about Salazar's ban) that, although true in respect to Rupp. seems to be offending so many applies to the subject of this thread. I expect to see Centro running pretty well soon. We'll see.....

Galen won the Olympic trials, not much?
Well considering the field he was going against I would say not much
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
