I did Murph for the first time last year in ~55 minutes as a 37 year old civilian, so not a great time or anything but I was pleased given running was my main focus and I didn't do a ton of specific training for it (though I've always used bodyweight exercises as my main form of strength training).
One thing I would prioritize are every minute on the minute (EMOM) workouts - basically do X reps starting at the top of every minute, rest the remaining time, do X reps at the start of the next minute, rest, repeat, etc. I liked doing these after my daily run with sets of 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 squats, usually doing pull-ups + push-ups one day and squats the next just to break things up and not impact my running too much. You can start these at 10 minutes and then progress them as you get into better shape.
I also did a couple quarter and half Murphs along the way as a sort of dry run; these were really helpful to know what to expect on the day of, how much rest to take between sets, etc.
Good luck! I went into my Murph feeling pretty decent about pull-ups but they were by far the most difficult part and had to drop down to sets of 2 or 3 by the end.
