Im in high school going into track season. ive done workouts such as 8x400 in 70-73 with 400 jog rest. 3 mile tempo in 18:35 with 4x200 hitting 31-32s. long runs have been 10-12 miles around a 7:05 avg pace. I do 45-48 mile weeks with 33-35 mile down weeks. what 800/1600 shape am I in right now?
