They're a private company, and they can do what they want. For all those complaining about the moderation in this thread, you can go create your own forum if you'd like.
The problem is whenever LetsRun is criticized in the media its standard response is "We are a free speech site". In this thread alone RoJo has talked about sharing points of view, listening to the other side, tolerance for people with different views. This is all in line with free speech.
Yet the reality is the moderation of comments shows a bias. That is not in line with free speech. They are a private company and can be biased if they wish. But at least admit it. To not admit it is hypocritical.
