Was 1.5 just a week or so ago. Decline doesn't seem to be slowing, may even be accelerating. If it drops below 1 page a day I'm calling it for President Trump.
Only dopey Trumptards think a thread filled with anti Trump talk is a good thing since it has the most posts. "Look at all them responses. Trump wins again..."

Well, conceivably you missed the post above about Sky News Australia:
"Overall, we rate Sky News Australia Right-Biased based on story selection and editorial positions that mostly favor the right. We also rate them Mixed for factual reporting due to failed fact checks, unproven claims, as well as the promotion of conspiracy theories and misinformation." They make stuff up and lie, in other words.
https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/sky-news-australia/So now that you know that Sky News Australia is a purveyor of click-bait falsehoods and not a credible source, I trust that you will not cite it again. To do so would be to post falsehoods *knowingly*. *Knowingly* posting falsehoods, of course, is LYING, and the people who do it are fvcking @sshole LIARS.

Covid
7 day averages
In the US , the storms have distorted numbers a bit. Should sort out this week.
US deaths down 43%
13% have had at least one shot
1.46m shots per day, down from high of 1.72m
UK deaths down 60%!
26% have had at least one shot
Israel deaths down 59%
51% have had at least one shot
France deaths down 22%
4% have had at least one shot
That UK number stands out - they have prioritized first shots, and the science and results seem to be backing them up. And Israel's #s seem to back up the UK approach too.
Most countries are too hidebound to change protocols though, and will stay with a 2-shot protocol. Unfortunately.
The major science out in the last few days is that the vaccine does seem to prevent transmission. Which is huge in many ways and great news.
Thanks for these continued updates, agip.

I continue to be underwhelmed with the Biden administration's response to the pandemic. I was hoping that science would be the primary driver for policy decisons, but this apparently is not the case with this administration either.
examples?

How about the waffling all over the place on opening schools? Their goals for percentage of schools opened was already reached before he took office. Same with vaccination goals...
I have never seen a worse start to a Presidency! Still waiting on a unifying act for this administration.

School openings and vaccine rollout to name a couple. J&J vaccine approval has not been a priority as well.
Do you think the Biden administration has done a good job thus far on the pandemic?

I don't have an opinion worth much on this.
Just stopping the culture war on masks probably saved thousands of lives, so that's a major point in Biden's favor.
Best in the world vaccine rollout is pretty good (among big nations and except the UK)
And the results are stellar - plunging cases and deaths are always good.
But like I said, I don't have an opinion worth much on concrete admin actions, esp on schools. Which are generally a state/local thing anyway.

I have seen way less mask wearing since the first of the year in my area, even in Walmart I'm shocked by how many aren't wearing them and I was the only one wearing a mask this weekend at an auto parts store - even the three store workers weren't wearing masks!?!
ok, one opinion on JJ - politics have to be completely out of the FDA's approval process. Once people start thinking the politicians are leaning on the scientists, you get another million ant-vaxxers. Justifiably.
I assume Biden is studiously staying away from the scientific review of the JJ vaccine for that reason, as he should.

I don't know, man, but that's definitely some hard core data. Awesome.
