People living on 95% of the square miles of America believe DJT should still be president. Democrats are concentrated in the horribly administered and dangerous big cities, Republicans are everywhere.
My parents are each from a different small town in the rural Midwest. One has roughly 30,000 people and the other 4,000. Both are becoming poorer. Both have a drug problem. Both have more issues with homelessness than they’ve had in the past. Whenever I visit, I wonder why anyone would want to live there.
What drugs are your parents on? Booze? The Pot? The god forsooken acid? This could explain your lack of coherency in thought. Fetalismness?
What you NEED to do is tell your unemployment officer that you were subject to multitudes. Then they can get you more relief and checks.
First of all, you have not denied being a BLM-riot denier. Failure to deny is considered an admission here.
Second of all, by definition, I don't understand gibberish. So I can't admit to not understanding what gibberish is promoting, if I can't understand gibberish to begin with. You need to explain what your gibberish means, before telling me I don't understand what your gibberish is promoting. Failure to explain gibberish that you posted will be considered both an admission and denial.
What’s a BLM riot denier?
You know goddam well what a BLM-riot/looter denier is. Its like any denier, whether a Holocaust denier, election denier, BLM-loot denier -- someone who attempts, by fraud an/or avarice, to significantly minimize the existence of a know fact.
Why do I have to mansplain what a denier is to you after all these posts on that specific topic? Jesus goddam Christ.

Uh huh. You mean like New York City, where the murder rate is lower than Florida's?
[Hat tip to the folks who posted those stats in previous threads.]
Also, the last I knew humans voted and not acreage.
Florida? The most dangerous cities in Florida - Lake City, Riviera Beach, Cocoa, Florida City, Lake Worth, Daytona Beach, Lauderhill, Orlando and Tallahassee all have one thing in common - their mayors are all Democrats.
A problem: Trump’s dinner with a Holocaust-denying white supremacist. A bigger problem: GOP silence after Trump’s dinner with a Holocaust-denying white supremacist. A way, way bigger problem: GOP base voters are ok with Trump’s dinner with a Holocaust-denying white supremacist.

I bet you've never stepped in human sh*t there. Or seen a transexual 4 year old.
I’ve never stepped in human poop nor seen a transsexual four year old anywhere ever. Chicago and Atlanta have been relatively clean. Grossest place I’ve been is LA but I didn’t stay long enough to step in anything or witness gender dysphoria.

I ask because this is the first time I’ve ever seen BLM riot/loot denier used as a term, whereas Holocaust denial has a long history which you are apparently not very knowledgeable of, otherwise you might be able to track a simple metaphor that uses it’s common terms, phrases, and theories.
I wouldn’t say that I’ve attempted to minimize any facts. I’ve not tried to argue that millions of dollars of property damage were actually thousands of dollars or anything like that. I believe that the positive effects of the protests greatly outweigh the negative effects. Study after study shows that they were 90% or more (usually high 90s) peaceful protests, yet you categorize them only as riots, and you think I’m the one distorting facts. Silly

Online shopping and coffee although my dad should stop drinking as much if he wants to achieve his marathon goals
Cotlar: I for one am shocked that the head of a party that has built a political culture in which “George Soros” & other “globalists” are the evil boogeymen behind everything from crime to CRT to “immigrant caravans” to “drag queens story hour” to gun control would dine with a neo-Nazi.

The BIGGEST problem is the GOP's and especially Trump's HORRIBLE result in the midterms. Trump's hand-picked candidates were almost all sh!tcanned. One of the worst party-not-in-power midterm election results in our history.
Trumpism is radical. He has poisoned the GOP. The GOP has to remain silent, because too many of its base are white nationalists/white supremacists. The moron M*A*G*As aren't enough to get Trump elected again, but they are enough to help or hurt a GOP candidate in some states, so they remain silent.
Will be interesting to see if Trump really screws over the GOP by running as an independent. He won't decide NOT to to help the GOP...he will only decide not to if he can't see it helping him in some way.

how is it a problem that trumpists lose elections over and over? I mean eventually they will just decide to carry on the work of J6 and take the country with bullets, but that's not definite.

Okay, but we need to keep a couple things in mind:
1. In 2020, the Republicans made gains in the HoR that they "shouldn't" have, and in 2022 only needed a few more seats--which they got--to re-take the House. Cumulatively, that is a sea change from the situation after the 2018 elections. Evidently many GOP voters are rejecting Trump/Trumpism without rejecting the Party itself.
2. The GOP's Senators faced a very difficult election map in 2020. To a degree that's just the luck of the draw: Thirty-some Senate contests come up every two years, and going into this election the Republicans held 60% of the seats that were up for grabs, including some in battleground states. The situation will be very different in 2024: almost all the GOP seats are very safe.
TL, DR: Posters (not specifically Flagpole) should not be writing the GOP off just yet. In 2024, even if Trump is their presidential nominee, they could end up holding both houses of Congress.

Whenever you encounter someone that believes that US cities are a war zone and an apocalyptic hellscape of crime and moral decay you immediately know they are living in the right wing ecosystem and it is working on them.
Meanwhile one of the main promoters of this fear is Fox News and the broadcast daily from the streets of New York.

No one, and I mean NO ONE, read beyond the first sentence. But I am sure it was crafted like a NY Times Pulitzer-winning journalist.

You're more likely to be struck by lightning than killed by an assault rifle in America.
Yet people like you run around acting like the whole country is a "warzone"
You are absolute devoid of self awareness.
2,456 Americans were killed in Afghanistan from 2001 to 2021.
4,431 Americans were killed in Iraq from 2003 to 2011.
In that same time over 12,000 people were murdered just in Chicago.
The inner cities are literally worse than a war zone.

throughout the Todd Glass episode, the topic of the the great killing, the holocaust, was put to a test. I compiled those moments into this video. I had to a...
Oil at $74 Sunday night…almost time for Joe Biden to close one of the most profitable oil trades ever…selling gazillions of barrels out of the spr for over $100 and buying them back for $70. while overseeing the possible downfalls of American opponents Iran, China and Russia.
sheer brilliance. No sarcasm.
Wow so that will profit us what? $300 million?
That should keep Social Security solvent for another 2 hours. Or pay for 0.3% of his student loan executive order.
Sheer brilliance
Profit would probably be in the $7-8 billion range.
Choosing random, high cost items to compare to is arbitrary and meaningless.

It's a problem for the GOP. For sure not a problem for me.

Why don’t people that live in these cities run away? Why aren’t they terrified? Are these democrat voters just really brave and courageous? Maybe I should put that in a veteran of the inner city on my job applications
