The incitement argument isn't based on claims that Trump told or asked people to riot. It's that he kept telling lies about winning the election and lies about Biden. If enough people believe that Biden the communist won fraudulently, they will resort to violence to overturn that result.
His videos during the riot, telling rioters to go home, were considered to be inciting further violence, as he continued to re-iterate his lies about the election.
Ummm, how about the non-stop lies about Trump from the propaganda MSM??? Years of it.
'Russia!... we have it all... the walls are closing in!'
You liberals are absolutely sick.
Let's check the notes on that:
Russiagate: #resistance Dems on MSNBC and blue check/rose emoji twitter drone on and on about collusion between Trump and Putin to swing the election.
Result: a lot of wasted time in congressional hearings and MSNBC hosts have to eat crow after the evidence of collusion fails to materialize. Big political miscalculation that kept popular progressive agenda from being front and center of the agenda for Dems. Ultimately, it was shown that Russia had a campaign to try to interfere in the election, but it was pretty pathetic and there were no direct ties with Trump's campaign.
"Stop the Steal": Trump and his sycophants fabricate stories of election fraud in order to try to get the courts or congress to throw out the election results.
Result: an actual attempt by Trump supporters to take over Congress and overthrow the US government. 5 dead and the Capitol building vandalized.
According to Wikipedia, "The (Mueller)investigation resulted in charges against 34 individuals and 3 companies, 8 guilty pleas, and a conviction at trial."
Regarding possible obstruction of justice charges against Trump, the report found evidence of such but said it didn't feel it rose to the level of a crime but would not exonerate him, by the same token, and that Congress should decide if Trump did indeed obstruct justice, which they of course did not pursue.
wizzdumb hasn't cited any facts. He just propagates headlines without knowledge. Your right ultimate troll.
Next useful response coming I can see already without factual basis from him will be.
Your a communist idiot.

I agree the media lied about Trump, but I think it was usually about inconsequential things. Did he make fun of a journalist for being disabled? No, he just made fun a journalist. Did he refuse to condemn white supremacists at Charlottesville? No, but he said plenty of other racist things (he may not be a racist, but he is a race baiter - he is popular with racists (e.g. Confederate flag wavers at the Capitol) because he says things like "Mexico is sending murderers and rapists" and tells Omar to "go back to your own country").
Russiagate was exaggerated, but not a fabrication like the electoral fraud claims.
I'm curious who you think will - or should - follow Trump. If he'd won, who would stand in 2024? If Trump doesn't run in 2024, who do you think will win the Republican primary and who do you hope will win?
Everyone who attended the protest is being criminalized.
Dissent is now terrorism.

Link please? You seem confused.
Are you refering to the rally or the break-in?
Do you have an adult who can help you with these things?
Mueller concluded that there was no Trump-Russia conspiracy. Period.
You can claim all the BS process crimes you want. It's all you have.
You're weak.

You have to be one seriously retarded idiot to believe that with hundreds of thousands of people outside, a few numbskulls that just happened to be among known leftists agitators (awfully ironic they were at the front of the line to get into the Capitol), were "overthrowing" the US government.
Or, you're a complete disingenuous sh!tbag.
After observing your continual garbage, I'm going with the latter.

People like you make it easy for fascists to take power.
Mitch McConnell:
“The mob was fed lies,” McConnell said on the Senate floor on the last full day of Trump’s presidency. “They were provoked by the president and other powerful people. And they tried to use fear and violence to stop a specific proceeding of the first branch of the federal government which they did not like. But we pressed on.”

I literally do not care what Mitch McConnell says. I have never liked, and never trusted him. He is a career politician that has stuffed his pockets on the backs of this country and its citizens.
Your quote does nothing for me. It tells me nothing except you too are weak and can not make an argument for yourself.
Continue to support the Machine... the weak are desperate for Big Brother to save them from their delusional victimhood.

Hey, bub. The guy is on your side, so just saying....
And you seem to have a particular thing about being 'weak'. Is there something bothering you? I don't know.... maybe a performance thing?
We're here to help, but the first step would be admitting there's a problem.

Mitch McConnell has always been a radical leftist never-Trumper.
