Not sure what point you want to make here.
Yes -- from the man who believes in the fundamental principle of justice observed by first world countries of innocent until proven guilty.
Yes -- from the man who believes that a finding of guilt for one infraction is not a finding of guilt for any infraction an outside observer may wish to believe. It would be unusual to accuse someone who was only found guilty of tax evasion, of other crimes like robbing a bank, or murder.
Alfred Kipketer was found guilty of missing 4 tests within a 12 month period, and he has accepted this finding.
There is hardly much more to discuss.
That is correct and he will be eligible again to compete in November 2021 just 10 months away but I’m not sure that he is at all motivated by athletics right now what with the pandemic and having missed the 2020 season etc.
Remember, these guys are into athletics to make money and there is a big zero advancement right now with this pandemic and only a few at the very high end are able to go overseas. The hundreds of top potential runners in the rift valley have had their careers decimated by this COVID-19. Kipketer does not seem concerned about this (the ban) - he has other things to worry about such as feeding his family and relatives and that is the way it is in Kenya.
