How long are the long and medium long runs? If not too long, I would extend them. Take easy days easy. Adding 2-3 morning runs will help too because your mileage is fairly low. But the long run will help a lot.
As for the other poster, I couldn’t break 9:00 until I could do 6x800 in 2:12 w 2:20 jog rest. But doing them in 2:15 should be good for sub-9:15. To each his own. Btw, why limit yourself to 9:15? Shoot for 9:00.
