All signs point to Ben True leaving Saucony one way or another. Today on Strava he ran in Charlottesville VA, home of Reebok Boston TC. He is at least assisted by Ray Treacy with training and has always been the "lone wolf". Could he and Dan Curts be making a move south to train with Coach Fox or is he just getting away from the cold? Mary Hehir has shown that the club is okay with members living their own lifestyle so he could stay in Hanover with the new sponsor. Thoughts?
Ben True to Reebok Boston!?!?!

Uh... Reebok Boston isn't actually located in Boston... They do their training in Virginia, just like the OP said. -
I believe he almost always goes south for the winter, sometimes to Florida or Georgia, once to Lynchburg. Charlottesville is a pretty nice place to train, and generally nicer than NH this time of year.
Obviously the Reebok group would be a good reason for him to be in Charlottesville. But it also wouldn't be that big of a deviation from his normal winter routine even if he is still training solo. -
Tough to imagine Ben joining a “team” at this point in his career. I believe he is in Charlottesville to get away from the Hanover Cold. Also tough to be joining a team who’s main sponsor is about to get sold by adidas. From what I’ve heard Reebok Boston doesn’t have much money to work with to begin with.
Not saying Reebok is totally out of the picture, but I don’t think Ben will be joining a “team” based on everything he has done so far in his career (coaching himself, insisting on staying in Hanover, refusing to join Saucony Freedom Track Club, and having Dan Curtis move to Hanover to train with him). Likely just a one-on-one shoe contract. -

Speaking of Saucony Freedom Track Club...... is that a thing?
The only google results are articles from when they were formed in 2017. No social media presence. Nothing.
Molly Siedel was maybe part of it? But again no mention/discussion/articles about it.
In this day and age you literally have to have SOME social media presence and I can't find any trace of it. What a waste of money for Saucony. -
When Ben retires he should become a nordic ski bum

I believe the only remaining members are Brian Shrader and James Randon -
Hmmm, I bet Reebok Boston will pay well. Maybe time to grow up and get a real job, Ben!
