A decent week, but developed some knee pain throughout the week. A few days it hurt, others it didn't hurt as much, hurt going up/down steps. Pain is towards top of knee, more on the inside. Noticed some slight swelling, but nothing huge. It's been like this for a week or so. Have been stretching, rolling, strengthening, but seems to linger... might need to take a real down week...

Su - 4 at 7:11 (knee was a bit swollen, took an easy day)

Not a bad week considering. I took another easy 4 mile day today, and knee is feeling pretty good, I'll probably jump into a workout tomorrow if it all feels good and see how it responds. If it still hurts after, maybe I'll try and grab a PT session somewhere to get a quick eval and see what the deal is. Feel like it's just overuse and maybe like a runner's knee thing... I've taken some Advil and iced it a few times. It's pretty tight, and I can kind of feel a "pulling" sensation when I grab my foot and stretch my quad... not sure what that means.
Anyway, more to come, but still pretty good week.
