So this morning at 6:00am he goes out for a casual 16 miles at 7:30 pace, no big deal. At 11:59am he goes and runs 16 more miles at 5:24/mile! INSANE

He lives in a bubble.
He should have planned better and taken his shot at the Marathon Project like everybody else.
Not to mention coming off back-to-back 130 miles weeks. I think he's planning on running the Naples half-marathon in 4 weeks. Should be fun to see how he makes out.
2 words describe this bum....Head Case!

He delivered the goods at Pike's Peak in case you missed that.
His HR was 165 avg/190 high for this, so very solid effort at 5700'

What? How does that make not a head case. The guy is all over the place.

I think the marathon project had higher standards.
Would have drawn a lot more eyes. A lot of his followers would have paid the $13
Dude is crazy fit right now for sure would have gave Sara hall a run for the money.
That's fair.
Getting back to the workout. It was really fast workout but Seth trains in a strange way. His buildups seem short and his periodization is extreme. Like this guy was jogging for a few weeks and then pulled an insanely fast hard workout out of nowhere. He really doesn't follow a traditional structure at all.
Runs by feel, far as I can tell. Not much wrong with that.

He doesn't periodize because it interferes with his #1 goal, which is being a YouTube celeb.
He needs to keep going to races all the time to keep people interested in him. Which holds him back as a runner.
He doesn't care about being fast. He talks about staying up late all the time to edit his videos and not getting enough sleep. I'd be interested to know how good he could be if he actually devoted his spare time to running rather than running videos.

He doesn’t care about being fast lol . Yeah just 130 miles weeks just doing them easy though.

I think his #1 goal is supporting his family which is quite large while doing something he loves. YouTube is his job. Working and being a husband and father to four hungry boys likely doesn’t allow for much spare time.

For his second run of the day he was pacing true love

cool story.
but probably fake gps data
Not fake data. He even has a video on the day. He is a legit Wetmore/Lydiard discipline. Good day for him, but like I said, he should have taken his shot.

He's a known strava faker. Don't even get me started
