Thanks, I corrected it. I was celebrating a 1 day streak of not drinking but started drinking during this 1st heat but that was just a typo. 4 ounces of beer isn't causing that mistake.

I know this is a bit slower, but Luke Beevor ran 14:18 at 6'10" - not sure how that matches up on a hypothetical "height grading" table, but it is pretty impressive.

Now there's a guy I could look up at. I wonder where he gets his spikes? It's not like you just walk into a local running store and ask if they have some particular track spike in size 17.

Sealand is an engineering major. Despite his height, he has good form and good mechanics when running so really the complete package. Looks like he has some Asian heritage within his family.

Joshua Sealand is not the only tall runner. Number 388 looks to be around 6 foot four
How can that question possibly be answered? You'll need a truly committed stats geek to compile a list of every 14:10 runner in history and how tall they were. Many are dead and you'd have to dig them up and measure them to be sure of their height.

So you are saying that he's handsome tall - not the type of tall where, when you walk through the airport, people stop what they're eating and look at you.
At sea level he gets altitude training.
It’s like many professional basketball players - Joshua carries his height very well because he’s athletic and he has good body composition and good posture - those are the keys. But as he ages, he should continue to do some form of weight training to make sure that his spine does not suffer from premature stooping of the spine. Swimming and weightlifting are excellent.
