Hi, could it be possible I make a lot of progress just by consistent training?
2018 I ran a marathon in 3h42min on 20mpw.
2019 I ran 2h53min on the marathon with 50 mpw. 2020 I ran +- 55mpw consistent and yesterday I ran 2h43min.
(10k 2018 38 min - 2020 33:58 min)
I'm 26 yo and running for 3 years now. I hope I will make it to the 2h3x next year.
Is it possible for me just by consistent training (+-55mpw)?
i'm not lazy to do higher mileage, I just believe this is the most efficient way to get better/faster on all distances. Or am I wrong?
