So I am a Junior in high school and last year I got too obsessed with my weight and dropped from 155 ish to 140 at my lightest. I was already lean at 155 so the 140 for me was very thin because I am a bigger build. I am also 5'10 to give you an idea of how big of a drop it was for me. Thankfully I realized after a few months, that I needed to gain more weight. I am back up to the mid 150's now and want to know if anyone else has stories like this and were you able to fully recover or were there any lasting effects. For example when I was at a low weight, my resting heartrate would get to around 100 and on easy days it would shoot into the 170's when normally it would be just around 150.
