You want a post here of a workout schema from me, I am happy to do so.
It doesn't sound like that is what you want.
If so, I would want to know:
1) age
2) HS times and distances competed in, progression year-to-year is preferred
3) HS training (mpw, how fast are the distance runs, a glimpse into the interval workouts
4) College times and distances competed in, progression-to-year is preferred.
5) College training cycles
6) Since college, if that applies, what was your progression and what are you doing now.
If you are under 15 already, shouldn't be too hard to train to break 30.
Where do you live ?
If you're trying to get under 30 it's important to have fast teammates to stay motivated - most elite coaches know what they're doing, and honestly getting online coaching from one guy vs the other won't change much imo. Try to see if there is a club attached to your local university and see if their training methodology works for you.
Might want to start here:
Do some research here and see if there are any clubs near you. Just a warning, there can be big discrepancies in quality and I wouldn't move anywhere specifically to train at one of these clubs.
Otherwise, might want to pony up some cash and ask some college coaches if they will be willing to work with you. Many to most will say no, but some like the side hustle if their contract allows for it. Could also look online. I think you can do it without a coach, but it could help to have them at your disposal.

Well.....I do believe this is just an attempt for a "Troll thread", LoL. To run a 30 10k you need also a sub 14:30 5 k. But anyway, let me give you a few questions. How is your sprint speed at 200, 400 all out? What age are you? PB :s at 5k /10 k so far?
Can I coach at elite level? )) Ask the 13 winners of international races I have coached...... :)
If you are real you are of course welcome to my world class coaching. :)

So far we don`t know if the OP is an American or not, and we are so far not 100% sure it`s a male or a female. Of course I also think it`s a male runner, but if it`s a female she wants one of the best coaches I think. A real pro elite coach with great credentials. that can make her one of the world`s best.
Every time that I offer to help someone on here, someone else comes in and beats their chest. But...here I am again...The guy that knows how to make people fast...
I see it`s just a troll thread as I thought. The OP has no interest to comment further.

Why don't you go ahead and switch accounts now?

Well, you do that all the time. If you deny this, you will be lying (again).

I don`t do that all the time, and then I speak the truth.:)
Is there a way for me to filter out certain users on this site? Somehow JS has enough time to ruin every interesting thread.
why isn't JS banned wrote:

That`s your opinion! Far from many others here. I really think the training discussion here
would be quite one-sided and boring without me. No future thinking and innovation. And besides I never acusses people of being liars here like some others.

They are easy to find at FB for you to ask if you want to.
I can't find the contact of that female sprinter. What is it?
Highly recommend RunCCG

If you listened to the Track Talk Podcast, you'd know you can get coached by none other than Rojo himself. And unlike Facebook or any other website, you can reach him directly by calling 844-LETSRUN and leaving a voice mail!

and who exactly are you?
Maximila, Imali.....the fastest lady in Kenya last year coached by me in some few months from 11.7 to 11:3 ( hand timed) at 100m . She was 5th in the 400 at last Commonwelth Games.
Unfortunately she has the same "problems" as Semenya.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
