Ryan Hall was taking the same thyroid hormones as Rupp and visiting the exact same doctor.
It appears that Tegencamp and Solinski were on it too. As was bob kennedy.
Are there any US sub 13 5000m runners with a drug cloud over them?

It is highly doubtful Nike has interns checking the LRC messageboard on a regular basis. You likely heard from a third party at some point they "had" interns check the messageboard, and now you are misrepresenting this information so as to insinuate that Nike interns actively check the boards and are requested to do so by their employer.
Do they check the boards out of personal interest? Probably so if they have a background in track and field. Don't let that get you confused with them being paid to check LRC.
It is widely known that Goucher was not faithful. Alberto and Rupp were probably the only 2 men up there that she DID NOT kiss. It's clear this book is a hit piece, nothing else.
Also, anyone who believes Magness started dating that girl after he left is a fool. It was going on while she was an athlete and he was a coach. They essentially fired him but didn't want to ruin his career so they didn't make a big deal of his sleeziness.
What kind of idiots would pay 30 dollars for such juicy nuggets as "Salazar tied to kiss Kara" and he said Solinsky used roids? I am embarrassed for you.

True or not, you have made it clear that you too are a scum bag piece of sh*t. Let’s assume Kara was messing around, that doesn’t excuse her boss from trying to kiss her. Who the f*ck cares if Kara was messing around when it comes to this story. Salazar is a piece of sh*t and that really is all there is to it. And you’re a d*ck for posting that. The story is about her boss trying to kiss her. If she cheated on Adam that doesn’t change AS being a waste of life

You are correct - we do have a lot of quotes and stories. But. No. Proof. I’m glad Alberto isn’t on trial for murder.
He tried to kiss Kara. Good story - where’s the proof? I tried to kiss her once too - she’s a cutie. Just kidding. I was MAKING UP A STORY. Like someone else said - tabloid journalism.
It all looks bad and stinks to the high heavens. But until there is Proof, it’s all just quotes and stories.
Is there any coincidence this book is coming out right before Alberto’s appeal?
F’ing witch hunt. I hope he wins big.
Do you realize that in a murder trial eyewitness testimony would be relevant and allowed? Those who hear the testimony get to decide whether it is credible, and in doing so can hear the accused, if he offers testimony.
You also should account for the fact that some of what sunk Salazar was admitting things he had done. This isn't even close to a witch hunt.
Imagine being a writer trying to build a career off dragging other people. The fact that anyone would attempt to argue the book is balanced is hilarious. Google all Matt Hart’s past articles and writing. That bleak opportunistic story tells itself. Remind me to not ask rojo for book suggestions is top score ?

Thyroid hormones are not banned by WADA -- from an anti-doping perspective, this red-herring is a non-issue.

As do I. I hate Nike but all of this witch hunting has made me like Salazar more.
Where is the proof? I’ll second that.

Mo and Galen are his two big “successes” and it is extremely evident that he had been giving them things that weren’t legal. It’s just as obvious they were doping in some way as it was that McGuire/Sosa were.
Travis Tygart, the man with probably the most visibility on the topic, publicly disagreed with your "extremely evident" conclusion.
He looked hard for more than 5 years in an intensive investigation, leaving no stone unturned, and did not find that any NOP athlete doped "illegally", and confirmed, in the scope of the IOC announcing its own investigation of NOP athletes, that the IOC would also find nothing.

But if they mess up your metabolism, then we should be concerned about warning impressionable coaches about allowing quack doctors to prescribe them to runners in their care.

Just because you can’t prove something doesn’t mean it isn’t true. Salazar wasn’t giving his own son “dick pills” and testosterone for fun. Rupp and Mo are cheats. I’d bet Shannon Rowbury is too. Rupp said he felt relieved after winning the Olympic trials because he knew he was off the whatever he was getting. Fortunately for him, US distance running is awful and you probably don’t lose the benefits of what he was taking right when you stop using it

Thyroid injections are not intended to turn a 25.xx 200 metre person into a sub-22.5 200 m person. Thyroid injections is about percentage of body fat management. Percentage of body fat & body weight management are issues for all T&F athletes 200m to Marathon,
Bob Kennedy
Galen Rupp
Ryan Hall
Matt Tegenkamp
Chris Solinski
Alberto Salazar
All on thyroid hormone! What does that tell you?
For morons, I’ll spell it out:
For the last three generations of US distance, the most competitive runners on the world stage where on thyroid hormone.
They all used performance enhancing drugs. Banned or not, they clearly appear to be performance enhancing, and a prerequisite for sub 13 5000m running.
Thyroid meds are about allowing the body to recover and heal quicker after hard training.
Take for example a long run on Sunday. That will leave a natural athlete with fatigue, lower hormonal level, and soreness. He will need an easy day on Monday to recover.
An athlete on thyroid hormones will recover quicker from the Sunday long run and will do an easy run on Monday morning and be ready for a hard workout by Monday afternoon.
Multiple that by a year!

Agreed. Plus, it's USADA we are talking about here. They couldn't even catch Armstrong with a positive test, let roided Wilson and kissing Roberts go free, and botched the first Coleman case, to name just a few examples.

Legal does not equal ethical.

Why do you have so little respect for science?
Taking thyroid injections when you dont need them is a recipe for disaster.
But then you are probably just trolling anyway, so what's the point?
Clearly Goucher is lying about Salazar trying to kiss her. Or exaggerating in that Salazar tried to kiss her forehead in a nonsexual, fatherly way. Kara has no credibility, she just wants attention. Why would she sit on that allegation for 10+ years if it was true?
Adam Goucher wanted to move the family away because Kara was sleeping around. That's the real reason she left NOP. All the excuses she came up with later, as legit as they may be, are NOT why she left NOP. She left NOP because Adam didn't trust her and was trying to save their marriage.
Go for an 18 mile run during a 100 mile week of work outs, weight training, etc and get your hormonal levels measured. They will be down, below the normal range. You can rest and exercise lightly for 48 hours to bring them back up. Then, you can do your next hard work out.
Or you can be on hormone therapy and keep them high always. And hammer every day.
Salazar knew a long run would deplete them. That’s when he sent them for testing, knowing they would be down. Boom. Prescription for hormone therapy.
This has been confirmed by several athletes Salazar coached.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
