But you are still clinging to Sweden?
Have you read the title for the thread?
Sweden took an entirely different approach than the rest of Europe and has fared FAR better than anywhere else. Even with the rise in cases, as we are seeing across the globe the already low mortality rate has dropped even lower.
A better question is, why are you all rooting against Sweden?
Exactly. And to day not very good. In Europe - countries over 1 M - number 5 in deathrate. Why do you ignore the facts. Example: Neighbor Norway, 52 deaths /1M Sweden 590. Are you immune to facts? "You all"? "Rooting against"? Part of the Swedish strategy, it had nothing to do with freedom, as a consequence was herd immunity. It failed. Protecting the elderly. Failed. Sweden has been used by people who are against lockdowns. By the way I like very much to stay in Sweden together with my swedish friends. And some of them are now "rooting against" not Sweden ,but the "entirely different approach". It would be nice to discuss facts with you regarding Sweden, but you are not able to do so. Do you anything at all about Sweden. Though, you are right the mortality rate has dropped. And, actually, because we know a lot more on how to give the right medical care. And the infected are much younger now. But Sweden is much worse of than Finland, Norway and Denmark. Why not one of them as a favorite? The answer so far: They locked down - not for a very long time, but with disipline and patience, those conservative values, you know. Best so far in Europe, the conservative government of Norway.
