Hi guys,
I did a session today of 2x150m with 10-12 minutes rest in between. Both were from a standing start.
My splits were: 20.12 and 20.25. What are the chances I break 27 seconds in 2 weeks? I have one or two more speed endurance sessions along with some sessions of 30-60m starts left, along with a 100m time trial or 150m time trial one week before the 200m.
Would really appreciate any input or advice. Thank you!
