I’m in middle of a base phase just getting my overall mileage up with 6 days of running- one LR up to 90 min now, one 45’ easy run with hill strides, one 60’ easy trail run, one quality day and one easy recovery day. So far my quality days have consisted on progression runs up to 60’ and 20 min’ at tempo effort in middle of 60’.
I figured I should mix it up a bit on my quality day with a fartlek . I figured 10 laps of straights and curves would be a good place to start. Any thoughts?
