Its a portmanteau I created to illustrate why its risky to waste high draft picks on running backs.
Maybe he means soccer. Because that’s more realistic for someone who weighs 160 lbs and is world class at the 800m not 100m.
Even DeSean Jackson who’s a one trick pony weighs 15 more pounds. And he’s still a huge liability because he can’t block.
He has a decent shot. Endurance/stamina is definitely not a problem. IIRC, he ran 10.4 100m in TRAINING, so he's got the speed and coordination. The only problem is his size. He has to gain at least 30lbs to stand a chance.

Don’t forget Curtis Johnson and Larry Enis.
Larry had a decent career though despite off the field troubles.

Except they wouldn't bother with man to man coverage on the guy and one hard tackled he would be out for ever.
Don't you think knowing coverage with 4 or 5 wide would not bring a distinct advantage to the offense?
I just playing along. I know these things are not as simple as I am making it sound. I am just enjoying promoting how easy it would be for Brazier to run 6-8 X 40 meter sprints with :30 rest versus guys who are pure fast twitch. Of course no one has mentioned the effect of pads on his speed and sprint endurance.
Brazier wouldn’t tire out any NFL DB with a few short sprints.
I swear people on here aren’t the brightest. Listen, there’s virtually a 100% chance he will play in the NFL and I’d bet almost an equally high chance that he runs track though his prime athletic years anyway.
But, for all the people quoting his weight today, as part of their rationale as to why he can’t play, that’s silly. If he wanted to be a football player, he would build his body like a football player. Now, he’s an 800 runner, so his body is built like an 800 runner.
Second, a 4.4-4.5 40y isn’t that fast and it’s certainly not that fast when it’s still started with a manual start based on the runners reaction.
I ran a 4.5 40y when playing football and I ran middle distance and was not as fast as Brazier.
You’re right. I ran track in college and that gave me an opportunity too be around the football players on a regular basis. Brazier would have to put on muscle and develop a certain mentality. Football players are trained to be hyper aggressive and the smaller receivers and cornerbacks have worked on their bodies and are strong and explosive. At his current stature I think he would have trouble being able to complete his routes because of how physical the corner backs would be with him. I remember that even the scrub football players were physical specimens so Brazier has a tall task ahead of him if he ever really pursues this.
David Rudisha has had a fine NFL career as a wideout and as a special teams player. I don't know why this Brazier young man cannot have similar NFL success.

How many times do I have to say that I am talking facetiously.
At the same time, do you really think a pure fast-twitch athlete like an NFL DB could easily handle 6-8 consecutive 30-50 mter sprints with :30 rest between?

The NFL play clock is 40 seconds.

Oh you're being facietious. Anyway yeah they probably could.

Don’t say you’re being facetious and follow it up with a seriously stupid question.
This fantasy you have of a Brazier running 6-8 by 50 on 30 second recovery doesn’t occur in a real NFL game.

Duhhh! Like talking to a concrete block. Quit trying to "be right" and open your mind a bit.
I agree that DB will not even get a try-out in the NFL. I said this from the start.
There were not designed-run QB's until Mike Vick and a few others and now Jackson & Murray. The wildcat offense had it's run. There have been other novelties.
A gimmick change of appoach would have to be employed......and that is just NOT going to happen in this case. Running DB on fly patterns on every play would cause a defensive adjustment and he COULD exhaust fast-twitch defensive backs requiring them to rotate coverage and personnel. In theory he could cause match-up advantages for the offense. It DOESN'T occur now, thus it is faceitious.

That is somewhat my history and why I came up with the nonsense of Brazier running fly patterns play after play.
I played HS basketball and for a long time could not figure out why games got so easy in the 4th quarter. Others were wearing down but I was not but I didn't really realize it as an advantge until after a few years.
Lol, but true.
Many distance runners with descent ball skills could try this.
I was average/ok at soccer, but over weekend comps of indoor soccer, wear you would play up to 7 games if you got to final, I used to regularly piss the guns off by walking away with the referees' player of tournament award
