I love running but I love lifting too. If I was forced to choose I guess I’d prioritise running. How do you keep enjoying lifting without sabotaging running performance though?

Good question and never asked on this forum before....
Lift the same day as you’d hard workouts, ideally a couple hours after. If you have to lift right after the workout that’s fine.
Eat a lot. I mean a lot.
Sleep a lot.
Repeat.
your body will do it. easily. the biggest concern is finding motivation and time to do both.
and obviously you won't be huge. your running won't be maximized. but you can do enough and still run really well while looking really good.
