I have been running the numbers on the web and l am just curious. I know 100 percent of you are making 500k a year at 45 with a hot wife and so on.??. For real be honest.

Define “all your real teeth.” I have lots of fillings and one crown.
Otherwise I’m a yes and my wife is actually really hot.
50 and no hair loss or gray. Two teeth pulled. Still run sub 17 5k.
Same for me.
Oh, I don’t make 500k either. 250 with my hot wife combined.

Do you have a bad reciding hair line and as far as your teeth, l mean false teeth.
Me bro me
Age 64 and all teeth (even wisdom teeth), slightly receded hairline from my vegetarian phase (stopped when I started meat again age 30). Same waist size as HS and college, <10% bodyfat, have never broken a bone or had surgery, despite a life of rough activities(tons of close calls and maybe 25 stitches over the years), never had a traffic ticket or legal violation. Currently 100% healthy after a lifetime of nagging health problems, all of which turned around or vanished once I went carnivore. Currently take no drugs, alcohol or meds except caffeine in the morning and vitamin D3 in winter.

$250K isn’t much to live on, but it must be nice for you and your wife to both only work part time.
Broken down old sap here. Not your typical skinny middle-aged runner who just runs. Played D-1 college football in the late 70s/early 80s - pretty beat up from that. Post-college did 10 yrs of competitive powerlifting & bodybuilding. Was 200 lbs on a 5-7 frame and could bench over 400. Got a lot of respect because of my size - when I walked into the gym people noticed and admired me. Crazy isn't it? Just because I was a muscle man bodybuilder most everyone in the gym, including the ladies, ? thought I was something special. I wasn't even that good looking nor was I that sincere back then.
Anyway, because of health reasons and on the advice of a cardiologist, I quit BB & powerlifting and transitioned to running. Had to slim down to ~170 lbs and go from bulk lifting to lower weight/higher reps. Been running now for about 25 yrs (40 mpw & many 5ks in my 30s & 40s) but not much in the last few years (12 mpw spread over 3 days) due to osteoarthritis & chronic injuries (had a bad car accident in 2017 that caused back & neck injuries).
I have all my teeth and full (gray) hair. I sport the old man gray goatee to look cool. ? I don't have any those old people metabolic health issues (hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, etc). I occasionally take OTC acetaminophen for arthritic pain. I use tons of dietary supplements and caffeine pills to help with the weight training & cardio. I still hit the gym mingling with young bucks. Sometimes though, I wish I was back bulked up at 200 lbs competing in BB again. But at my age (60) and with arthritis, it not wise to be too heavy even if it's muscle. And at 5-6, 170, I'm too heavy to be running at all. Lol.

Hehehahahoo
How long, after you legends turned 35 and started making over 100k, did it take before the hot babes started flocking?
OK- I've lost a couple teeth but:
61
Running 3-4 miles a day (by choice). I used to run 50-60.
I have a full head of hair- very thick and it grows very fast.
I'm very healthy.
I only make 70K but I'm a teacher so I'm doing fine.
I would like to get back to 40 mpw, do yoga and cross train more than I do now and try to be a competitive "old" man.
Oh and I'm kind of an anomaly- my testosterone is 669. My Dr said if it was 300 it would be high for my age.
I recently read that running 40 mpw is the best way to keep your testosterone high- I ran 40-50 from the age of 12-54. I guess I was just lucky.
Kipchoge?
I am 41, full head of air though it's starting to gray. I am 5'11 and 160 and still mostly lean and muscular but injured with a calf strain for the past month. I was doing 50 mpw over the summer. I am definitely more injury prone in general than I used to be. I dont drink anything sugary and brush 2x, floss 1x per day, this seems to keep the teeth in good shape.
Okay, let's see. At age 68:
I've had a couple root canals (fillings failed and the teeth rotted). Not sure whether that qualifies as false teeth or not. Wisdom teeth were pulled in my teens and 20s IIRC.
I used to have a bald patch. Now I have a hair patch.
I have at least eight permanent injuries, major and minor (counted them up just the other day, actually). And a so-called "little heart attack" seven or eight years ago. And I picked up a freak calf injury three weeks ago.
Also, I haven't been able to run--at all--since I was 20.
Why do you ask?
Little hair
Teeth have a lot of crowns and caps
2 replaced hips
1 replaced knee (one to go)
Cancer survivor
High Blood Pressure pills
Can't f'n run
I do lift, bike and swim
Do I win anything?
Maybe you played at a fake D1 at that size.
Does playing pick up ball count as running?
Good for you! Stay with it! Some day you might get to ask:
"How many of you are over eighty, with any hair, teeth, hearing, or vision, and with a boatload of physical problems, and are still running?"
Guys?
I know I'm not alone. Right?
