Nadal is known as the King of Clay.
If near peak form, no one is beating Nadal on clay.
Djokovic has often beaten Nadal on clay, including at the French Open. He is the world no.2 because he is overall a better player than Nadal. Today he has no chance. Nadal plays the most physical game of any player in the history of the game and is stronger and faster than ever at 34. He has lost nothing in 15 years. Impossible.
Djokovic is not the best player, he is just the most consistent. It's the same in running. Otherwise Lewandowski wouldn't have been able to beat Ingebrigtsen in Doha World's 2019 if it was about the fitter runner/or the one with the higher threshold or 1500m PR/ability. But Ingebrigtsen and his coach do some silly things like thinking doubling at World's is gonna increase their chances to medal when all it did was make him tired for the 1500 where all he needed to do was to outrun Lewandowski and Makloufhi and get silver behind Cheruiyot.
A Federer in top shape playing his A-game or Nadal doing the same beats Djokovic 90% of the time. The thing is Nadal plays his A-game 30% of the time, and Federer even less, and Djokovic does it almost always.
Also, Djokovic lost (if he does) this year's French Open in the semi-finals, where he had to go 5 tough sets against one of the best players in the world. Nadal meanwhile stomped all his games 3-0, he never let anyone challenge him just cruising to finals conserving as much energy as possible. And obviously, on sand he is the best player of all time, Djokovic already said before the tournament started that Nadal is always favorite in Roland Garros.
Djokovic has 17 grand slams. He is one of the greatest players of all time - and an incredibly tough competitor. In recent years he has owned Nadal (and Federer). There's no comparison with runners like Ingebrigtsen or Lewandowski.
And Nadal has 20. Nadal is also 100-2 at RG. Please stop embarrassing yourself.
A Nadal fan-boy. And doping denier.
