just curious to see from other peoples experience in how they were able to determine what 5km shape they were in based off workouts
did 3x2km with 60 seconds off in 6:04, 6:05, 6:04
and also did 5x1km off 60 sec a few weeks later in 2:52, 2:52, 2:52, 2:56, 2:52
has anyone did similar workouts and was able to predict what race shape they were in ?
or if they are any workout that can be done to showcase that ?
