I've had problems with piriformis syndrome for the past few weeks and it won't go away. It hurts all the time (even if I'm sitting) and the faster I run the worse it is. I've tried rolling out/stretching/icing and none of it helps (icing helps for a few minutes but once I stop icing it hurts again).
I have no idea what else to do but it's making running really hard and I hate it, if anyone knows a better way to get rid of it please tell me.
